Please note: Vendor registration is non-refundable and non-transferable, even if your child can’t attend. Each booth fee helps cover permits, insurance, and event materials so that we can keep these events affordable for families.

Thank you so much for wanting to be involved with our upcoming Kids Marketplace! We’re so excited to see what incredible work your child has put into their business, craft, or service.

All businesses are welcome, just keep it family-friendly!

SCHEDULE:

Setup Time: 2:00–3:30 PM
Booth Locations: First Come, First Serve
Booth Walkthrough + Mingling: 3:30 PM
Market Opens: 4:00 PM
Mentors (A.K.A. Your Business Besties): Will be roaming during the event!
Awards: 7:15 PM
Clean Up: 7:30–8:30 PM

🏆 Yes, there will be awards—but not your typical ribbons. We’re focusing on creative, encouraging recognitions (and a few fun surprises!). More on that soon…

What if my child can’t make it?
Because this is a community event run at-cost (not for profit), we’re unable to offer refunds or transfers once a booth is reserved. Each spot covers fixed event expenses like park permits and insurance along with materials made per child attending.

Learning Objectives:

  • Students will apply marketing and communication skills in a real-world setting.

  • Students will demonstrate understanding of business basics such as pricing, profit, and customer service.

  • Students will receive and apply feedback from judges to improve future performance.

  • Students will reflect on their learning through awards and evaluation.

Awards:

Mentors use a feedback and learning form to assess each student’s display, communication, marketing, and understanding of business principles. Awards are presented based on these instructional criteria, reinforcing learning outcomes.
