Welcome to The CEO Kid, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services, including digital courses, physical kits, and mentorship programs, accessed through www.theceokid.com (“Site”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.
1. Use of Our Services
You must be 18 years or older to purchase any product or enroll a child in our programs. If you are registering a child, you confirm you are their legal parent or guardian.
2. Payment & Refund Policy
- All payments are processed securely via Stripe or Google Wallet.
- We only offer one-time payment options.
- Digital products and online course access are non-refundable.
- We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible physical course kits. If a refund is requested within 30 days, you will lose access to all digital course materials and the student dashboard.
- Mentorship sessions are non-refundable and include one year of monthly group calls.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Physical kits are shipped within 2 business days of purchase and include a tracking number.
- We currently fulfill U.S. orders and handle international orders on a case-by-case basis. Please email us at [email protected] to request international shipping.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, including course materials, videos, printables, branding, and curriculum, is the intellectual property of The CEO Kid, LLC.
- You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal educational use only.
- You may not copy, resell, distribute, or reuse any content without prior written permission.
5. Mentorship Program
- Monthly mentoring sessions are offered via Google Meet.
- Calls are recorded and uploaded to the mentoring student dashboard for replay access.
- Users may submit questions in advance. We will do our best to address all submissions within the scheduled 1-hour call.
- Access to mentorship may be revoked without refund for violating these Terms.
6. User Behavior
By using our services, you agree not to:
- Submit false or misleading registration information
- Share course materials beyond your household
- Engage in behavior that disrupts mentorship calls or misuses program access
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, duplicate, or extract proprietary content
We reserve the right to ban, suspend, or revoke access to any user who violates these terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee any specific outcome from using our products or services. You acknowledge that entrepreneurship involves risk and that success varies by individual. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your participation in our program.
8. Trademark Notice
The CEO Kid™ is a trademark of The CEO Kid, LLC. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
9. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
