The CEO Kid™ is a parent-directed educational program. Parents or legal guardians are the purchasers and account holders for our products and services.

Children do not create accounts on our website. - Parents provide consent.
Any personal information associated with a child under the age of 13 is collected only with verifiable parental consent and solely for the purpose of delivering our educational services. - Children do not independently submit personal information.
We do not permit children under 13 to submit personal information directly through the website, including account registration, payments, or contact forms.
Any information related to a child is provided by the parent or legal guardian as part of account setup, course participation, or communication with our team.
Parental Rights
A parent or guardian has the right to:

• Refuse further use or maintenance of the information; and
• Request deletion of the information.
Data Security and Retention
