Try The CEO Kid risk-free. If you’re not satisfied within 30 days of your purchase date, we’ll make it right. Returns are accepted whether or not the item is defective. Because our products work a little differently from one another, here’s how the guarantee applies to each:
Physical Course Kits
Request a refund within 30 days of purchase and we’ll refund you in full — there’s no need to ship the kit back to us. Keep it and use it with your child. Your bundled digital course access and student dashboard will be deactivated once the refund is processed.
Digital Course Access
Request a refund within 30 days of purchase and we’ll refund you in full. Your access to the course materials and student dashboard will be deactivated once the refund is processed.
Digital Downloads
Printables, worksheets, and other instant-download files are delivered to you right away, so these purchases are final and not eligible for a refund.
Mentorship Program
Haven’t attended a mentoring call yet? You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Once your first call has taken place, mentorship purchases are non-refundable, since the service has begun.
Shipping Protection
Shipping protection covers your order during transit and is non-refundable, since that protection was already in effect once your order shipped.
Scholarship-Funded Orders (FES-UA, Step Up for Students, and Other State Programs)
Because these funds are administered and disbursed by the scholarship program rather than paid to us directly by you, we’re unable to issue a cash refund on scholarship-funded orders. If you’d like to make a change to a scholarship-funded order, contact us at Learn@TheCEOKid.com and we’ll do our best to help — for example, with a product exchange or store credit.
No Restocking Fees
There are no restocking fees on any refund under this policy.
How to Request a Refund
Email Learn@TheCEOKid.com with your order number within 30 days of your purchase date. We’ll confirm your refund within 5 business days of your request and process it back to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few additional business days to reflect it on your statement.
A Note on Fair Use
This guarantee is here for customers who are genuinely not satisfied with their purchase. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that show a clear pattern of abuse (for example, repeated purchase-and-refund activity on the same account).
